 Educational Qualification

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Graduate Apprentice: Full-time B.E/B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, or relevant engineering disciplines with minimum 60% marks.

  • Technician Apprentice: Full-time Diploma in relevant engineering streams with at least 60% marks.

  • Works Engineer: B.E/B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, or Electronics & Communication Engineering with minimum 1 year of experience.

  • Safety Engineer: Degree/Diploma in Engineering along with a diploma in Industrial Safety or equivalent and 1 year experience in relevant field.


 Age Limit

  • Apprentices:

    • Minimum Age: 18 years

    • Maximum Age: 30 years (as on the last date of application)

  • Engineers:

    • Maximum Age: 35 years

  • Age relaxation as per government rules:

    • SC/ST: 5 years

    • OBC (NCL): 3 years

    • PwBD: 10 years


 Salary / Stipend

  • Graduate Apprentice: ₹10,000 per month

  • Technician Apprentice: ₹8,500 per month

  • Works Engineer: ₹36,000 per month

  • Safety Engineer: ₹36,000 per month

 Selection Process

The selection methodology varies by post:

  • Apprentices:

    • Based on marks obtained in qualifying exams (B.E/B.Tech/Diploma).

    • Shortlisted candidates may be called for document verification.

  • Works/Safety Engineers:

    • Shortlisting based on qualification & experience.

    • May involve interview and/or written test.
