There is immense enthusiasm among the pilgrims for the world famous Chardham Yatra of Uttarakhand. Registration is mandatory for Chardham Yatra. Without registration, no devotee will be able to undertake Chardham Yatra. In such a situation, the number of registrations is continuously increasing. A total of 2,20,0661 registrations have been done so far for the Chardham Yatra.

The doors of Shri Kedarnath Dham, Gangotri and Yamunotri are opening on 10th May and the doors of Shri Badrinath Dham are opening on 12th May.
Would like to tell that the doors of Shri Kedarnath Dham, Gangotri and Yamunotri are going to open on 10th May, whereas the doors of Shri Badrinath Dham are going to open on 12th May. In such a situation, people’s inclination towards Chardham Yatra is increasing.
A total of 2,20,0661 pilgrims registered for Chardham Yatra till Wednesday evening.
Till Wednesday evening, a total of 2200661 pilgrims have registered for Chardham Yatra. 344150 pilgrims have registered for Yamunotri, 391812 for Gangotri, 760254 for Shri Kedarnath Dham, 658486 for Shri Badrinath Dham and 45959 for Hemkund Sahib.
No devotee will be able to do Chardham Yatra without registration.
In this, registration for Shri Kedarnath Dham is highest. Keeping in mind the number of registrations, the government and administration have also geared up and have almost completed the preparations for the Chardham Yatra. Token system will be implemented in all four Dhams for travel management. Without registration, no devotee will be able to undertake Chardham Yatra.
How to register for Chardham Yatra
Devotees coming to visit Chardham can register through Uttarakhand Tourism Development Council’s website, app, toll free number and WhatsApp. Like last time, this time there has been no provision to limit the number of pilgrims for any Dham. Devotees can register for Chardham Yatra through registrationandtouristcare.uk.gov.in website. Pilgrims can also register themselves through WhatsApp number 91-8394833833. You can also register through toll free number 0135 1364.
