Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
- Candidate must be an Indian citizen
Age Limit (As on 01 March 2026)
- AVP II – Group Head: 31 to 45 years
- AVP II – Territory Head: 27 to 40 years
- Deputy Manager (SRM): 24 to 35 years
- Wealth Strategist: 24 to 45 years
Age relaxation will be given as per government rules.
Educational Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post Graduation or Management Degree
- NISM / IRDA Certification
Work Experience
- Group Head: Minimum 10 years (5 years in leadership role)
- Territory Head: Minimum 6 years (2 years as Team Leader)
- Senior Relationship Manager: Minimum 3 years experience
- Wealth Strategist: Minimum 3 years in investment or insurance advisory
Credit Score Requirement
- Minimum CIBIL Score: 680
- Candidates with poor credit history may be rejected
