Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be done only through Walk-in Interviews. Candidates must ensure that they meet all eligibility conditions as on the cut-off date to be considered.
General Terms and Conditions
Appointment is purely contractual for an initial period of 2 years, extendable by 1 year based on performance and project requirements.
The contract is co-terminus with the project and does not guarantee permanent absorption in IRCON.
Candidates must arrange a Medical Insurance Policy of ₹3 lakh (self), including COVID-19 coverage. Premium up to ₹4,000 per annum will be reimbursed.
Provident Fund deductions will be made as per EPF & MP Act, 1952, with matching contribution by IRCON.
One leave per calendar month is admissible; no leave encashment is allowed.
TA/DA will be admissible for official outstation duties.
Submission of false information will lead to cancellation of candidature.
Ex-IRCON contract employees terminated due to project closure are eligible if they meet the criteria.
